Getting the key took a long time, since the keylock was wrong, and we had the wrong code. and we waited for someone to get us the right key for around 1hr, the customer service is great, they answer fast. The apartment is not in a great condition, the apartment door is pretty damage, so is hard to open/close it, the bedroom smelt like rotten pipes, the bedroom curtains were spotted with some extrange red color, there was no warm water, just for the shower, which had a diferent heating system.
