Room and hotel were very clean and nice but the parking was terrible - the overflow facilities fine, but the hotel carpark was far too crammed and dangerous with parking so close together - no room to maneuver and my car got damaged just from trying to get out of the carpark after realizing there was not enough room to park in either of the 2 spaces left at the far end of the car park.

Room very claustrophobic

Hotel is nice, clean and up to date. Only issue was my room was very claustrophobic. Tiny windows that don’t open and room is too warm. They have a portable air con unit on the floor at end of bed but it’s crazy loud if on. Very strange in 2025 no built in air con in a hotel that is not cheap.

Staff was friendly and accomodating. Carpet in the room was stained and the sofa bed was thin and sank into the center. Liquid hand soap and body lotion would of been nice to have as most 4 star hotels have these items readily available.

Great Hotel in Glasgow.

We enjoyed so much this Hotel. I will recommend this place for your staying in Glasgow. Right spot to move around. Restaurants, turism. A centric but quiet place.

Avoid - No A/C in Bedrooms

Hhotel was listed as bedrooms having A/C, which was lies. They have glorified fans - air chiller units that need ice frequently added to them to have any effect at all. The 3x tiny little slit windows in the room also do not open, So it’s dull and stifling in the rooms. Not at all practical for a hotel stay and trying to be comfortable enough overnight to get a good sleep - I had the fan on the highest setting and what a racket it made between the fan noise and a high pitched wine coming from it. I woke up through the night after finally getting to sleep by 1am and was fully awake by 6am because of it - not a good night’s sleep whatsoever! Very disappointed with my stay as a result.

Great location, modern and comfortable

Great location for a visit to Glasgow. Modern hotel, comfortable rooms with great beds and showers and friendly attentive staff. Parking is tight but very convenient and the views and balconies for the penthouse rooms are well worth the extra money. Breakfast was excellent

Upgraded to a room with a balcony only problem was the partition between the room next door was broken so you could walk between rooms so we couldn’t keep our windows open. Carpet in room was very stained

Superb Sandman stay

I got this overnight stay as a birthday treat for my sister and her husband . They absolutely loved it room was amazing , staff very helpful . Only flaw is ; They did take the car and the parking at the hotel is very neat . They do tell you that and offer spaces elsewhere at reduced £ . But I would recommend getting train or bus . As location is very central . However , overall a great hotel .
