Brilliant room and staff service. We spotted a stain on the bedding and staff were up to swap it over for us straight away. The rest of the suite was spotless and well equipped.

Very central but book a high floor

Room was large, clean and comfy. However could still hear the M8 even from the 8th floor. Parking was a nightmare, thank god I had front and back sensors and rear camera! Staff very helpful, breakfast good.

We booked a 10th floor balcony room and I think we got the best one of all on the corner of the building with stunning views of the city. (P02) The room was beautifully clean, comfortable and peaceful with a lovely bathroom and great shower. The balcony was a hypnotic draw to gaze at the view! We love the location of the hotel and although we didn’t eat in the hotel this time, we would in the future. Staff were friendly and efficient and professional. Can’t wait to return to this lovely hotel.

Good size room with very comfy king size bedroom. Impressed with the large spacious very bright clean bathroom super impressed that you could have not shower heads on at the same time! Only disappointment was having no bar there is a fridge with a small selection you can purchase and take to room but miss sitting in bar and having a refreshment before bed

Tiny Tiny rooms, just enough room for the bed basically. Rubbish food options - literally nothing green on the menu, not a single vegetable in sight. Breakfast is nothing fancy, just a buffet offering, the orange juice is awful, watered down and sweetened so it doesn't actually taste of oranges any more. Hot water for tea is not hot enough to brew tea with. Overall not brilliant, especially for that much money. Far better options exist in Glasgow centre.
