I did not have breakfast. Room only. There was a glitch with the Q-Park app’ where the app’ froze after every time I tried paying for the Q-Park Sauchiehall Street. Therefore I parked at the NCP car park close by.

Easily accessible location, seem used more to business travellers. All staff were friendly, only downside was in the wellness spa they came in 5 minutes before the end of our slot to squeegee the floor, we were the last slot ending at 6.45pm before the spa closed at 7pm. Bed was very comfortable. Room was lovely and spacious. We only had one bath towel and hand towel out for 2 guests but we found an extra in the wardrobe. Bar clean and fairly well stocked, also reasonably priced. Overall positive experience but bit disappointed in the wellness experience

We booked a wellness room but wouldn’t next time as they allow 5 in the room but there is only seating for 3 unless you all agree to keep swapping out of the sauna. We left after 10 minutes as there were 5 of us in there. When we first checked in the room smelt of sewage but the staff were fantastic and sorted it by the time we got back from being out. Hotel is a great central location and service was very good.
