The rooms are lovely , very clean and modern , the showers are excellent and the overall standard of the Hotel very good . There was a distict lack of staff at breakfast where i warched one woman stand waiting for at least 15 mins .waiting for someone to help her .

Fantastic hotel. Easy to find and in a lovely little friendly town. Hotel staff incredible nothing was to much trouble for them and they were all incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend. Close to Glasgow city centre without having the business of the city straight outside your window. 20 Minute train journey and your right in the heart of Glasgow city centre. Overall 10/10

Really nice hotel with a comfortable bed and absolutely wonderful shower. Very attractive dining area with a good selection of hot and cold options for breakfast. Literally the only complaint I have that the staff were too eager to clear our table when we had literally only been seated 5 minutes previously and were choosing from the cooked breakfast area. Weirdly they cleared away our coffee pots and cups which hasn't even been touched and not the fruit plates we had finished with!!

Horrible place

Awful. Serious family illness meant we needed to cancel at short notice but hotel wouldn't even speak to us about rescheduling or cancelling, just told us to deal with "the website you booked it through", who couldn't even get the hotel to answer the phone...

What an amazing place. All the staff were super friendly and very efficient . The food, comfort and cleanliness was first class. Hats off to all the staff to bring this experience when staying at the Busby Hotel. A big massive thank you to you all.

The hotel is very nice. It was comfortable and clean. The only two notes are that the shower head was not detachable, making it very difficult to use and the window in the room wasn't properly soundproofed. The hotel is close to a major traffic artery, so if you're a light sleeper you might want to ask for a room away from the road.
