Property was good, reception area could have been more clearly marked as it’s just in the centre of the ground floor with no signage but not a huge deal. Quite a few discarded cigarettes at the entrance that detracts from the property. Overall quite a nice place.

Excellent modern hotel in city centre walking distance to all the great food and drink places of the merchant city and the whole city Room was modern, clean and a decent size Bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and modern and the in room coffee facilties were great Id deffo stay here again

Only a few blocks away from the shopping area. One of my favorite hotels that I’ve stayed in. I love their culture and all the detail put into their rooms. The price just makes it even better. The staff was nice. I hope to visit their chain in the future.

Overall, a really nice stay. The only downsides for me were I wish there was a fridge and microwave in the room and the noise from the nearby multi-storey car park was so loud even with the windows fully closed and the curtains pulled. The staff were lovely and the room was basic but comfortable. Nice shower and provided shower gels and creams.
