The receptionist over the phone was rude and unpolite, did not show manners on the phone. But the manager made everything right and apologised.

Room was clean, staff was lovely but it is just a square room ( we got the biggest queen size room) with a glass bathroom attached so you can see your partner go to the toilet. This was arms length from the bed so not very pleasant.

Great area and property. Slight problem with the bathroom sink due to the compact layout - okay for teeth and hands, but face washing leaves a mess on the floor due to the sink being small and right up against the mirror. Otherwise great!

Staff af reception were welcoming, polite and helpful. Although the room is compact it is perfect for a single nights stay, the rooms with windows are maybe bigger however. The tv controller doesnt seem to work and you cant change the channel from boolywood tv. Not an issue as i was out mostly and only there for the one night. The main issue with the hotel is it is very noisy; every time someone flushes a toilet you hear it, when the person next door has a shower you hear everything and as my room was on the ground floor near reception i heard the staff and every guest.
