New Queen Bed in Bedroom 1, New Full Size Beds (2) in Bedroom 2, Queen Sofa-bed in the Living Room. Lake and River views with beautiful sunsets over the lake.

Minimum 7 Night Stay in June, July, and August; Saturday to Saturday.

Amazing location on two bodies of water; Lake Michigan and the Crystal River. Incredible sunset views from the deck overlooking the River, Lake Michigan, the Manitou Islands, and Sleeping Bear Point.

Tube, Kayak, or SUP on the Crystal River all the way out to Lake Michigan. Walk the beach, stroll the riverbank, or walk the boardwalk that stretches for blocks just outside the condo building. Hike or bike the nearby paved Heritage Bike Trail to scenic Northern Michigan destinations.

In the winter, you can enjoy the Homestead Ski hill for downhill excitement. Or, explore the National Shoreline on cross country skis and snowshoes. There are miles of trails inside the resort and more just a short drive away.

The condo has a brand new heat and air conditioning system.

The unit has a washer and dryer. There is a gas grill on property for use by condo guests.

The condo is privately owned. No check-in is required. The unit is on the second floor and is not handicap accessible.

NOTE: Although the condo is located inside the Homestead Resort, it is not a resort owned property - The Homestead resort Pools and Tennis Courts are not available for use. There are public Tennis and Pickle Ball courts in Glen Arbor just minutes down the road. You will have access to all of the resorts other amenities that are open to the public such as all the grounds, beach, market, Whiskers and Nonas Restaurants, Ski Hill, Spa, Salon, and Village Shops.

This condo offers its guests barbecue grills and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
