Hang out by the community beach firepit available (permit required) or spend a lazy evening on your well-furnished deck with views of the Crystal River, which is just steps from the door! The carpeted main floor features an inviting living room with a fireplace, a sleeper sofa, a TV with cable, a fully appointed kitchen with all the essentials, and a dining table. The main bedroom is located on the main floor and the loft upstairs offers a spacious bed. There is a full bathroom on each level. Additional amenities include an on-site washer/dryer and high-speed WiFi.

Over the river and through the woods....

We had a great time here with our two kids and their grandparents. The carpeting seemed brand new as did the bunk beds in the first floor bed room. We loved being right on the river and being a very short walk from the beach as well. Great location to everything downtown as well. Would definitely stay again.
