Clean and well stocked kitchen. Family friendly. More towels would be nice. No washer/dryer. Downstairs is not friendly to those over 5'10". Great location on the waterfront with dock.

The property veiws are outstanding. The upper bedroom that lead to the deck has an outstanding view from inside the bedroom as well as sitting on the deck viewing the Marly creek water way. From the deck, I've watched birds of prey dive in and out of Marly creek catching fish. Iv'e also seen other wildlife such as a family of geese, ducks and also a rabbit that lives on the property. Probably thinks its a pet. Spectacular and relaxing to watch. Victor has included a Trampoline, swing, climbing unit for young toddlers and adolescant children. My grandchildren had plenty to do on the property. Also, the property has a fence around it and very good private parking. He has several fun games inside the house as well as one of my favorites, Holy board outside for all to enjoy. The place contains 3 bedrooms, enoulgh to fits 6 adults. He is easy to communicate with and is genuinely concerned about his tenants. Offered me a boat ride down the Marly waterway. Extremely satisfied.
