Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Pets are permitted on the property only if they have been disclosed in advance and the required pet fee has been paid. Only dogs are allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all public areas, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times.

Accessibility
This is a single-story apartment located on the 2nd floor. Stairs are required for entry, as there is no elevator access.

On-Site Owner
The homeowner lives on the property in a completely separate unit and may be present during your stay. This does not impact guest privacy or use of the rental.

Exterior Security Cameras
For your safety, the property is equipped with seven exterior security cameras. Cameras 1, 2, and 3 are located at the front of the home facing the entry and driveway. Cameras 4 and 5 are positioned on either side of the home facing the driveway. Cameras 6 and 7 are located on the front corner and rear of the property facing the backyard. All cameras are outward-facing only and do not monitor any interior spaces. They are motion-activated and record video and sound while guests are in residence.
