Tubes with an air pump, oars, and life jackets are provided for easy river days and outdoor fun. The home is dog-friendly and thoughtfully equipped with two dog crates and an outdoor dog pen. AC is only available in the living areas, the bedrooms are without AC but are quite cool in the summer time being they are a semi-basement.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
