We really enjoyed our stay, we have been before and will go back again. The Staff were really helpful and friendly. It would be nice if they included hot chocolate with the breakfast instead of charging extra for it as I don't drink tea or coffee. But overall very good

Nice clean rooms. Breakfast was great. Nice grounds. Staff were lovely. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Not many negatives, but our room kept stopped working 3 times, in a 1 night stay. I had to nip out to the car, and ended up not being able to get back in to the building. Also, when others are entering the building (was a separate building with just bedrooms) the doors rattle really badly. My daughter kept thinking someone was trying to get in the room.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very friendly and informed us of everything about the hotel. We had a lovely garden room which had a lovely view of the hotel gardens. The room was very spacious and had everything you required eg. Tea and coffee machine facilities, iron and ironing board, toiletries and plenty of storage. The bar had a great selection of drinks. The breakfast facilities were excellent they had a buffet for cereals, pastures, toast and fruit. Hot breakfast was served by staff. The staff in all areas of the hotel were all very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would certainly recommend a stay at this hotel.
