The hotels indoor pool was the best thing about this property. Our kiddos loved the pool. I will say it was a little on the small side. The rooms were small as well. The rooms were clean but the trash cans by the elevators were constantly over flowing. Room service does not make beds. The continental breakfast was constantly out of certain things like milk. With how busy this hotel is it would be nice for them to update some things.

It is a good property from convenience point of view. The room was clean and had all that is required. Very basic breakfast. The lady at the reception had no welcoming gesture. So bland/poor reaction, when you are excited to bring your family for a vacation.

4 day stay Had to keep going to the front desk to retrieve clean towels and for room service, the people at the front desk seem pretty annoyed that i even asked for anything.

We had a nice stay. The only part we couldn't stand was the sound of traffic at night. We have a small child so we even use a sound machine but it wasn't loud enough to drown out traffic or engine breaks. I assume this would only be a concern if your room backed to the highway. Ask to be in a room that faces the parking lot if this is an issue for you too.

My children loved the rooms, the bunkbed is a nice option. They enjoyed the swimming pool, continental breakfast and family game room. It is an amazing place for families!

Everything was pretty good here except their maintenance crew needs to go through and finish their patches when they do drywall work it just happens to be one of the first things that I’ll notice when I go into a hotel room. Other than that, it was a cozy place. It was quiet and really close to everything.

Stay Somewhere Else

Breakfast was terrible, it consisted of stale cereal, bagged hard boiled eggs, and high fructose corn syrup loaded syrup. Pool was littered with peeling paint chips. Staff was extremely rude, treated tourists like locals of mountain towns do. Rude, short, snippy. Also booked this place for the beer bar. It wasn’t open at all during our 3 night stay.
