Comfy bed but dirty common areas

The room was clean but all the common areas were filthy. The elevator was filthy. The hall carpets were filthy. The hall wallpaper was torn in numerous places land the lighting in the public and common areas was dreary and depressing. Did not look at all like the photos. Extremely disappointed and fell lead on by your photos

The hotel is clean but the room we got have a broken bathroom door. It won’t closed properly and it’s hard to open and close the door. We have our puppy with us so it’s hard to maintain the door close all the time since my kids are having a hard time closing it.

Good stay, the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, weekend breakfast choices were good. Great location to the hot springs. My only critique is the outside area by the pool was a bit messy. But a good stay all around

Our motel room door did not work well. After the custodian came to extricate us, the door still remained difficult to open. My wife could not open it from the inside. Obviously a very serious safety issue.
