The room was ok, but the showerrs have no water pressure, sometimes they dont turn on so your left with a bath, WIFI sucks, keeps going in and out, only stays connected a couple minutes, also the Tv'S only get 3 or 4 channels because satellite is messed up, SO U HAVE GHOST STORIES OR MTV AND A SPANISH CARTOON CHANNEL..Dont waste your time or money

Handicap accessibility is questionable at best. Shower Rod in room was hanging by two screws and about to fall down. Reported it and nothing done. Door lock to room had to have the battery changed so card reader would work. Room lighting was extremely poor! Half the electrical outlets did not function at all. TV only received one channel through a very poor satellite reception. Only offer snack type food for breakfast. Thank God for Royal Farns next door!

Complementary breakfast was offered when booked from 6am-11am, and only coffee was offered at premises. There was also a sign of breakfast from 6-11am and was not available. Booked a room for non smokers and was given a smoking room and was informed they did not have any nonsmoking rooms available. The room had peeling paint off the walls, hanging plaster from the ceiling and candy wrappers on the floor. There was no phone in the room. Only 2 set of towels for a party of 3 with double beds. Overall condition was extremely terrible. Only 1 light fixture worked and shower did not properly work
