What a beautiful hotel! The lobby bar and restaurant are top notch! The room was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was the lack of outlets in the room for plugging in chargers. Every outlet is occupied. Bring an extension cord of you want to charge anything.

The fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate. There was zero explanation from management nor an apology. I even emailed them to voice my concern and they never bothered to respond. For a hotel which prides itself on customer service and experience …. There was zero.
