Best stay away from home for ages. The bed was more comfortable than at home, or in any other hotel/bnb/guesthouse I've stayed in in recent times. So close to city centre, therefore really convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

The property is very new and nice - great room and lobby. We didn't get a chance to patron the lobby restaurant or rooftop bar. The staff was excellent. The property is a very short walk from the Gloucester train station. I recommend this hotel without hestiation.

This is a beautiful (new) hotel in the centre of Gloucester really close to all the attractions and shops. The rooms are spacious and really comfortable; great beds, big fluffy towels and modern bathrooms. There are USB-B and USB-C charging points beside the bed which is great for international travellers. There is also a fridge, complimentary water, lots of beverages, a small bottle of real milk and a Nespresso machine. There is also a wardrobe with complimentary dressing gowns, clothes steamer and hairdryer. Definitely recommend to anyone

A brand new but brilliant hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much for them. Only a couple of minor issues, but all bar one were dealt with immediately, ( a tv not working in one of our rooms… but there were two in that room, so no big deal. Food and drinks were fantastic. Our waitress, for both nights, Megan, was an absolute star. ✨ We hope to return. 🙂

It's a new hotel. Already there are bulbs in the bedroom which have gone and not been replaced. Also, the hotel has a major problem with its geolocation on Apple Maps. It is not where it is shown on the map. This highly inconvenienced me and my wife. Needs to be updated.
