Quaint Neighborhood / Close to Beaches

Ideal for up to 5 people, this apartment is located on the second floor of a two-unit building. It has three bedrooms, one full bathroom, a living room and a kitchen with a dining table. It has a nice fully fenced yard and a driveway with space to park up to 4 cars. The apartment is fully furnished and has wi-fi and the laundry is shared with other guests. Located on a cute cul-de-sac from a nice neighborhood just 1/2 mile from the beach and 50 minute drive to Boston. The main bedroom is located in the attic so there is an extra flight of stairs to get there, and the laundry is in the basement. There is a central heat system for the winter and window AC units for the summer. The attic bedroom has a mini-split AC/heater system. FYI there is another apartment occupied by other tenants on the floor below and there may be ambient noise that travel through the walls (both ways).
