Welcome to The Gallery, a stunning waterfront multi-level property on Rocky Neck, America's oldest art colony. Located above a studio run by the Rocky Neck Art Association, this home puts you in the heart of the action. Enjoy views of Smith Cove and the Gloucester skyline from most of its light filled rooms and its two decks.
The main living area is on the second floor where there is a spacious living room overlooking the Cove. Also on this level is a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. Past the kitchen is the Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, complete with a jacuzzi tub and standing shower.
The third floor offers a light-filled well-designed waterside King bedroom with ensuite full bath. Down the hall is a versatile office with a magnificent stained-glass window that can double as an additional sleeping area. But the best part is a spectacular waterside rooftop deck where you can enjoy views of the inner harbor perfect for relaxing or entertaining. This space combines comfort and functionality with beautiful coastal surroundings.
On the ground floor there is additional space with a Queen bedroom, kitchen, living area, full bath, and waterside deck, making it the perfect retreat for visiting guests.
