Schöner Urlaub mit holprigem Start

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Fewo. Schöne und ruhige Lage, Garten blickt auf ein Naturschutzgebiet, gut ausgestattet, alles ordentlich und sauber. Leider war der ganze Check in Prozess und der Anreisetag sehr stressig. Die Tel.nr. die hinterlegt ist, ist eine Hotline die nur Mo-Fr besetzt ist (Anreise war So). Bei Ankunft in der Fewo war dann niemand vor Ort. Andere Gäste informierten uns dann, dass die Schlüssel im Nachbarort abgeholt werden müssen. Als wir dann endlich in der Wohnung waren bemerkten wir dass es keine Bettwäsche gab. Auf Anfrage bei der Toursitinfo sagte man uns dass ein Wäscheset 30€ p.P. kostet. Das macht 90€ für drei. Nach vielem Diskutieren ist man uns dann auf 50€ entgegen gekommen. Was meiner Meinung nach noch immer zu viel war. So sind wir los und haben uns im Laden welche gekauft. Diese wichtigen Infos, Schlüssel und Bettwäsche, standen NICHT in der Beschreibung, was ich wirklich nicht nachvollziehen kann. Wie gesagt sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.
