Sea air and the sound of waves - vacation in the comfortable thatched house Lucia in Glowe

Dear holiday guests, a warm welcome to the Lucia thatched house.

Our lovingly and high-quality furnished holiday home is available to you all year round for rest and relaxation.
It is located on the island of Rügen, at the entrance to the Glowe Baltic Sea Park.


The house offers approx. 104 m² living space on a plot of approx. 800 m² in a secluded location.

The ground floor has a spacious living-dining area with an open, technically high-quality equipped kitchen and invites you to cook together, to socialize and spend cozy time around the fireplace.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and folding seat as well as a device for Kneipp castings.
The house Lucia is child-friendly. High chair and travel cot, step stool in the bathroom and children's dishes are available. There are board games and books for young and old.
There is also a wireless Internet connection (W-LAN) available.
You will find a washing machine and dryer in the utility room.
There are 4 bedrooms on the upper floor of the house.
Here you can choose rooms with a double bed or 2 single beds each. The bathroom on the upper floor has a wash basin and toilet with a bath and shower. A hair dryer is available.
The floors in all rooms are tiled and equipped with underfloor heating.
The holiday house Lucia is a non-smoking house and suitable for allergy sufferers.
Pets are not allowed.
The terraces of the house face south and west. Here you will find garden furniture and loungers. A mobile charcoal grill (chef) is available for use.
In the garden is the sauna house with a Finnish sauna and bucket shower in the open air.
A shed is set up for friends of fishing. Here you will find ideal conditions to store your fishing equipment, a fish cleaning area and filleting table made of stainless steel and a space for trailers are available. There is a freezer in the tool shed for freezing the catches. There is also an opportunity to park your bikes. (There is a bike rental in the immediate vicinity.) The handcart is also in the tool shed. A playground for small children was created on the neighboring property.
There are 4 paved parking spaces directly on the property and these also offer space for parking a boat trailer.
Shops, bakeries, restaurants and the beach promenade of the municipality of Glowe can be reached in about 8 minutes on foot.
Location and surroundings:
 Whether in summer or winter time, they are surrounded on the island of Rügen by a wonderful natural paradise with fine sandy beaches, extensive fields and forests.
Chalk cliffs and cliffs, seaside resorts with white villas in the style of spa architecture, attractive pier and idyllic landscapes in untouched nature, you will find all of this on Rügen.
In winter, the island with its snow-covered villages has its own charm, until in spring the bright yellow of the rapeseed fields dominates the landscape.
Summer invites you to swim on the white beaches until in the off-season you can feel the smell of autumn in the endless forests of the island and experience the wonderful foliage color.
The Baltic Sea healing climate is not only balm for the soul in summer, even with physical complaints of breathing and skin allergies, they can strengthen the immune system through sun, wind and sea, even outside the high season, and regain strength for your everyday life.
Between the Baltic Sea and the Great Jasmund Bodden, the former fishing village provides an ideal starting point for exploring Germany's largest island.
