Spacious, stylish and tasteful apartment in a magnificent monument from 1800 in the most beautiful, quiet and central top location directly on the Glückstadt Inland Port. 2015/16 renovated with love for historical details. 2017 by the State Office for the Preservation of Historic Land Schleswig-Holstein awarded for the preservation of the cultural heritage in Schleswig-Holstein. Large windows, old, double-leaf doors and the original wooden floorboards in all rooms. Enjoy the scenic view of water, sailboats and cultural monuments. 90 sqm on the mezzanine floor distributed over living / dining room, bedroom, kitchen, XL shower bath and a representative hallway. Second Bedroom and bathroom with XL shower room upstairs (30 sqm) only on request (surcharge), cot on request Cosiness and range of motion, even if the weather should be hanseatic (inhospitable). You live with maximum privacy. Even if you rent only the basement, you are the only one in the house. You also have a bicycle storage and a lovely, small, airy and green courtyard available to sit undisturbed outdoors. We offer Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, TV and a small music system. Free parking near the house (as far as free). Minimum stay: 2 days. Also suitable for expats. Price for longer term rental in consultation. Deposit 100 € (by bank transfer). Final cleaning: 55 €. Outstanding Rental

This townhouse is like a museum, beautifully restored old building with high ceilings, antique doors and moldings, but with very modern and stylish bathrooms. The location is perfect, right on the harbor of historic Gluckstadt.

Traumhafte Lage, liebevoll eingerichtet

Dieses Haus ist nur zu empfehlen! Die Inhaberin hat es liebevoll, gemütlich, der Erbauungszeit angemessen (1800) und trotzdem modern und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Überrall warten überraschende Details: kleine Kunst-Skulpturen auf der Heizung, edel umrahmte (Durch-)Blicke auf das alte Mauerwerk (mit verbautem Zeitungspapier von 1866 "Hamburger Correspondent"), historischen Aufnahmen vom Haus und persönlichen Einblicken in die Familiengeschichte. Dazu der kuschelig kleine Hinterhofgarten, knarrende Holzfußböden (hellgrau, nicht DUNKEL!), scharfe Messer in der Küche (! :-)) und ein großzügiges Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Schiefer-Kacheln. Ja, es ist ein wenig teuer. Aber das ist es wert. Petra und Stephan
