Für eine Nacht geht es

Leider war kein W LAN inklusive wie angegeben und das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Bei den Betten darf man keine Rückenschmerzen haben. Ansonsten war auch keine Internetverbindung, man hätte für 3 Euro am Tag Verbindung kaufen können. Es war doch enttäuschend das man die Leistung die man bei Hotels. com gebucht hatte nicht bekommen hat.

Alles war sauber und heile, was bei dem Preis ein echt guter Deal ist. Leider habe ich kurz vor Abreise ein kleines Loch über dem Spülkasten, von dem aus man in mein Bad vom Nachbarzimmer aus gucken konnte, gefunden. Das hat mir dann doch den Aufenthalt vermießt. Wer das Loch da hin gemacht hat, kann ich nicht sagen. Jedoch konnte dieser jemand gut die Fugen zwischen den Fliesen treffen. Ich habe es der Rezeption gemeldet und hoffe, dass es behoben ist. Ich würde jedem zukünftigen Reisenden raten, einmal die Fugen im Bad zu überprüfen. Sind die alle dicht, kann man sein sauberes Zimmer in idealer Lage genießen.

Amazing stay

The reception lady was very nice and helpful. The room is quiet and comfortable, and the city is one of the most underrated of west Europe. I would return to Görlitz and Picobello, lots more than I expected.

Top Lage. Man kann das Auto wirklich stehen lassen und direkt in die City laufen. Das barrierefreie Zimmer befindet sich direkt unter dem Frühstücksraum. Daher etwas laut und etwas überholungsbedürftig von der Ausstattung und der Klimatisierung. Nettes Personal.

Ich hatte für die Picobello Pension gebucht, musste aber in die Picobello Herberge. Das hätte man von vornherein sagen Müssen, bzw. wenn Reparaturarbeiten anstehen, kann man keine Übernachtung anbieten. Die Herberge entsprach in keinster Weise dem Übernachtungspreis. Mein Zimmer war mehr als sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. TV-Empfang war nicht vorhanden, beim Anschalten kamen nur Streifen und irgendwelche Hinweise in russisch. Stuhllehne defekt, TV-Schränkchen defekt.Die Handtücher ausgefranst. Außerdem empfinde ich es als eine Zumutung besonders für ältere Meschen,diese in eine Herberge zu schicken, in der die Stufen extrem hoch und steil sind.

Picobello ist eine freundliche Pension, direkt an der Neiße, nahe der Altstadt. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Freundliches Personal. Für mich war es genau richtig. Für Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuss sind, die sollten nach einem Zimmer im unten fragen. Meins war im obersten Stockwerk und mir hat das gefallen, aber wenn man Probleme hat wäre das suboptimal, da es keinen Aufzug gibt. Auch das Frühstück war lecker!

Prix très attractif et qualité correcte mais sans plus. On dort dans une annexe. Il faut payer en supplément pour le petit-déjeuner...mais attention pour la wifi aussi ainsi que pour les produits pour se laver. Donc si vous réservez là-bas...prenez un gel douche dans votre valise 😊

Charmanter Empfang

Wir wurden charmant empfangen. Unser Zimmer war hell und geräumig - ein kleines Apartment mit Eingangsbereich und großem Kühlschrank. Gleich vor der Pension ist die Neiße und dahinter ein kleiner Garten/Park. Die Lage ist günstig, da man schnell in die Stadt oder auf die polnische Seite von Görlitz gelangt. Tote und lebendige "Achtbeiner" haben uns gestört. Vielleicht mal die Gardienen waschen, dann ist alles picobello.

Der Gang zum Zimmer hat muffig gerochen. Das Zimmer mit Vorzimmer (Kühlschrank und Schrank, Tisch und Stühle waren okay. Leider war in Polen gerade Streetfestival und die Musik bis 0.15 Uhr extrem laut. Die Parkplätze sind durch die Abgrenzungen sehr eng und schlecht zu beparken. Das Frühstück (Bufett) war reichlich.

Die Unterkunft hat Charme, da dass Gebäude früher industriell genutzt wurde. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber. Seife muss man an der Rezeption kaufen oder selbst mitbringen. Die Lage des Hotels in der Stadt ist super.

Won't recommend this hotel.

Hostel doesn't offer any shampoo or shower gel in the room. But you can buy them at reception. We also need to rent hair dryer at reception. It doesn't mention at the hostel description when we book it. The room is very simple and smells moldy. Bathroom is very small and has a really tiny sink.

Vorteilhaft war die Nähe zur Stadt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Bei der Buchung stand zwar als Überschrift „Gemeinschaftsbad“, was etwas verwundert, da gleichzeitig stand „eigenes Bad“. Es gab dann nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Auf der Buchungsbestätigung stand kostenloses WLAN. Hierfür wurde jedoch Geld verlangt. Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbad wurden nicht gereinigt. Hierrauf gab es keinen Hinweis. Man musste für die Damentoilette immer Toilettenpapier vom eigenen Zimmer mit auf die Toilette nehmen. Bei den Herren gab es Toilettenpapier. Des Weiteren war kein Bett zu erreichen ohne sich den Kopf zu stoßen. Das Zimmer hatte Dachschrägen und Balken, welche vor dem Betten begannen. Wegen dem Bad und WLAN wurde mir von der Rezeption nur mitgeteilt, dies sei ein Fehler von EXPEDIA. Es wurde mir schriftlich bestätigt. Einen Stempel durfte mir der Mitarbeiter nicht geben. Ich musste den vollen Preis zahlen. Ich wurde von dem Mitarbeiter mehrfach hingewiesen ich hätte Pension und nicht Hotel gebucht. Bisher wurden in Pension immer die Zimmer gereinigt. Ausnahme war eventuell mal am 1. Januar. Aber dann wurde man schon bei der Buchung darauf hingewiesen.
