Der Check-in war zeitlich flexibel. Wir erhielten sehr gute Erklärungen und Tipps. Die Ferienwohnung war perfekt sauber. Mit Zentralheizung und einem gemütlichen Holzofen ist es nie zu kalt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Balkon mit großartigem Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang riesig. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geräumig, allerdings etwas dunkel. Ein moderner Smart TV hilft bei schlechtem Wetter, die Zeit zu vertreiben. Über eine für Kinder und Senioren vielleicht etwas steile Wendeltreppe erreicht man das großzügige Schlafzimmer. Neben dem großen, bequemen Doppelbett befinden sich dort ein Schrank und ein zweiter Fernseher. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus. Durch die Lage am Waldrand findet man auch ganz nah sehr schöne Wanderwege durch die Fränkische Schweiz. Nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist der Ort nicht so gut versorgt. Dafür ist es absolut ruhig, man schläft sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ruhig gelegen, nette Gastgeber! Der Bullerjan-Ofen ist im Herbst "op", Umgegend zum Wandern ideal. Die Wendeltreppe ins obere Geschoss verlangt etwas Aufmerksamkeit, Stufen sind nachts mit Bewegungsmeldern beleuchtet.

Super Ferienwohnung, geräumig, toll eingerichtet, alles was man für Aufenthalt in toller Umgebung braucht. Die Familie wohnt direkt im Haus, ist sehr hilfreich, verständnisvoll und vorallem sehr sehr nett.Ich komme sehr gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, hell, sauber und absolut ruhig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
