The house north beach is located in close proximity to the amber promenade and thus to the beach. The object captivates by its location and the associated Baltic Sea view.    The apartment includes a reserved garage for you. 

Apartment 12:
The apartment has a nice balcony (with garden furniture) from which you can look towards the Baltic Sea / North beach (the beach). 2 bedrooms (both with double beds) provide enough space for families.   To the 3 room apartment includes a living room with sofa and TV a bathroom with shower and an extra kitchen. In the kitchen there is an oven, a dishwasher and the additional complete equipment.   Linen packages (consisting of bed linen, a bath towel, two towels, a bath mat and a tea towel) can be rented or brought with you. The apartment has a garage, which is available free of charge.   Please note: For departures on Sundays and public holidays, a supplement for the final cleaning must be booked.

Gute Unterkunft, hoher Preis - aber mit guten Argumenten!Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr schöne Lage und man kann vom Balkon auch etwas das Meer sehen.Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 4 Personen auch mehr als ausreichend.Leider waren die Betten viel zu weich (wir sind beide schlank) - hier könnte der Vermieter mal in vernünftige Lattenroste und Matratzen investieren.Ansonsten haben die vielen Raucher auf den anderen Balkonen gestört - egal wo geraucht wird - es zieht immer durch die Fenster und dadurch stinkt es immer überall nach Zigarettenqualm. Vielleicht könnte man hier mal ein generelles Rauchverbot einführen und ein Raucherhäuschen auf der anderen Seite des Hauses aufstellen.Der Preis ist sehr hoch - hier muss man aber ganz klar sagen - Göhren hat eine hervorragende Infrastruktur! Es gibt viele gute Restaurants und viele schöne Geschäfte. In anderen Orten an der Ostsee (wie Zingst) bekommen die Unternehmen keine Mitarbeiter mehr, weil diese keine bezahlbaren Unterkünfte finden - dadurch hat da einiges geschlossen.Ich kenne das System in Göhren nicht - aber scheinbar gibt es eine Vereinbarung, dass es genug Wohnraum für die Saisonkräfte gibt - davon ausgehend, dass es über die Ferienwohnung subventioniert wird, ist der Preis gerechtfertigt. Somit hat sich Göhren als Stadt zu unserem liebsten Urlaubsziel an der Ostsee entwickelt.

Schmutzig und verraucht. aber auch vollständige Einrichtung plus Seeblick

Schlecht gereinigt, mit Essensresten der Vormieter unter dem Sofa und in den Schubladen. Einfach, vollständig aber lieblos eingerichtet. Viele umgebende Raucher, die bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht zu ignorieren sind.
