Air conditioning was capped at 24C. Staff was very nice. Room was far away from being rated “luxurious “, with a couple of towels, no light in bathroom and one blanket. There were only a couple of utensils available and no trash can in the kitchen. Sofa bed was offered as option for bed but there were non linens or blankets available to cover the sofa.

Fiquei mais de meia hora em pé para o check-in, o processo é moroso e lento. Mas o apartamento que me alocaram foi extremamente confortável, limpo e superou as expectativas, apesar das portas do guarda-roupa estarem fora dos trilhos o que causou certo receio em utilizar. Tem diversos equipamentos na cozinha. Infelizmente não tem café da manhã, porém tem uma panificadora a 2 minutos de caminhada.
