Tem que melhorar muito o atendimento. Não sei se era dona ou recepcionista contratada. Desde que cheguei não era cordial, parecia que eu estava de favor no hotel. Fora isso, o hotel tinha uma estrutura compatível com o valor. Mas não retorno e não recomendo se vc preza por um bom atendimento.

Um horror! Recepção extremamente mal educada, disseram que não tinham quartos disponíveis mesmo eu tendo feito a reserva com antecedência e simplesmente me transferiram para um hotel há 9km duas horas da manhã!!! Não forneceram transporte e o recepcionista ainda reclamou porque meu Uber estava demorando. Além de quem paguei mais pelo café da manhã imperial e o hotel que eles me transferiram mal tinha um café.

A equipe do hotel é muito prestativa e oferece um atendimento excelente. O hotel é muito próximo da BR 060 o que facilitou o acesso tanto de chegada quanto de saída. Quarto simples mas extremamente limpo, banheiro limpo, colchão e chuveiro bons, só o ar condicionado fazia barulho

Atendimento péssimo, muitas escadas dependendo do andar como fiquei, cansativo. Ar condicionado velho e barulhento, café da manhã ruim, sem opções e chuveiro só com água fria, no meu quarto estava assim. Saí antes da minha diária de outro dia. Não gostei mesmo.
