The catering staff and the cleaning staff were doing a fine job . Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated.

It’s the third time I stayed there. It seems after OYO took over the service quality decreased! Less options for breakfast, employees in the kitchen seems to work unhappy. An average stay! Not bad at all, but not as good as the previous ones!
