They liar in my reservation

They rented me a room saying it had a bathtub, it was in the photos and they confirmed it to me over the phone, when I arrived at the hotel they said the room was not available, as I arrived at 9pm I accepted, but this kind of thing is disrespectful

This is totally me of the best experiences I’ve had in Brazil - and I’ve visited Brazil for over 20 years. And, to my pleasant surprise, I was given a complimentary upgrade to an amazing room. Wow - thank you. And their breakfast is phenomenal, especially since I really love pamonha (sweet or salty).

Great modern hotel in a good location

Stayed here many times, really great hotel. Service is great, rooms are always clean, good breakfast, nothing to complain about. Close to two parks which are great for going for a run.

O café da manha é bom e o quarto confortavel. Porém, nao arrumaram o quarto no dia seguinte. Cheguei por volta das 1830, a recepção tinha apenas um atendente, para codificar o cartao do quarto esperei 10 min. Quando subi paea o quarto percebemos que nao tinham arrumado o mesmo. Liguei inumeras vezes para a recepção mas ninguem atendia.
