O quarto e o banheiro sao espaçosos, no entanto, os moveis e decoracao sao velhos e antiquados. No periodo da minha hospedagem o frigobar estava quebrado e nao havia telefone no quarto. O hotel tambem nao oferece serviço de quarto. Com relacao a entretenimento, a TV é pequena e nao é smart, inviabilizando assistir streaming, e a quantidade de canais a cabo é ínfima.

O hotel está visivelmente decadente. Há papel de parede rasgado por diversos corredores, espelhos e pisos de elevadores quebrados e sinais de infiltração nos quartos e banheiros. O mobiliário apresenta rasgos e o padrão de limpeza é questionável: encontrei chiclete na cabeceira da cama, sabonetes usados e uma lata amassada na janela do banheiro. Além disso, o interruptor do banheiro estava parcialmente solto da parede, juntamente com o suporte de papel higiênico. O secador também não estava funcionando. Ligava, fazia barulho, mas não soltava o ar. Solicitamos assistência técnica e não a obtivemos. Na categoria de quarto reservada, já deveriam estar disponíveis cafeteira, roupão e chinelos, porém tive de solicitá-los, pois só são fornecidos mediante pedido. Surpreendentemente, foram disponibilizadas apenas duas cápsulas de café para toda a estadia, mesmo eu permanecendo por três noites. O quarto também apresentava infestação de formigas e traças. Outro ponto negativo foi a disponibilização de apenas dois travesseiros no quarto, sem possibilidade de solicitar adicionais, tampouco outro lençol para ser utilizado como coberta, mesmo sendo dois hóspedes. Diante de tudo isso, certamente não me hospedarei novamente neste hotel — e possivelmente nem na rede. O padrão geral demonstra um nível preocupante de deterioração.

Fiquei bastante insatisfeita com a minha experiência. Fui acomodada inicialmente em um quarto em que o chuveiro quente não funcionava. A equipe demorou para tentar resolver o problema e, ao final, como não conseguiram solucioná-lo, precisei trocar de quarto já depois de estar instalada, o que gerou um grande transtorno. Além disso, o hotel claramente necessita de uma reforma urgente. Pelo estado das instalações e pela experiência oferecida, a estadia não corresponde ao valor cobrado. Esperava um nível de qualidade muito superior pelo preço pago.

O café da manhã é ótimo, a localização excelente. O quarto é bastante amplo. Solicitamos no ato da reserva andar alto e travesseiros extras, e o pedido foi atendidos, ao chegarmos estava conforme solicitação. Infelizmente tivemos alguns contratempos: o controle da TV não funcionava (reclamamos e não foi providenciada a troca), a porta do quarto estava com problemas para fechar, um dos edredons disponibilizados não estava limpo (pedimos a troca e não foi feita).
