Experiência 2/10. Banheiro com ralo entupido, chuveiro todo entupido também, tínhamos que fazer manobra pra tomar banho. Cortina e parede toda empoeirada e ar condicionado pingando dentro do quarto. Na hora de ir embora ligamos na recepção para solicitar o carro (tínhamos que solicitar para o manobrista trazer) e pedi que a recepcionista ligasse assim que o carro chegasse, a mesma disse “nós não ligamos para avisar, pode descer daqui 20 25 minutos”, achei absurdo, muito simples discar o número do quarto e avisar “o carro chegou”. Café da manhã é ok.

Infelizmente a experiência foi bem abaixo do esperado. O ar-condicionado estava com retorno de água para dentro do quarto e acabou molhando minha mochila, inclusive meu notebook. O quarto não tinha cobertor/manta e também não havia toalhas na chegada, precisei voltar à recepção para buscar. No check-out, aguardei cerca de 30 minutos pelo manobrista para retirar o carro. Além disso, as fotos do quarto não condizem com a realidade.
