The drain in the bathroom was clogged so we ended up with a wet bathroom floor. The hotel has a policy of only issuing one electronic key even when there are multiple guests, inconvenient. One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that.

Na segunda estadia não tive uma experiência agradável, fiquei uma noite a mais, e não arrumaram o quarto, não trocaram às toalhas, a cama ficou do mesmo jeito que eu deixei de manhã, o lixo do banheiro ficou lá, muito ruim 👎 do dia 19 para o dia 20. Fizemos um comentário na recepção, infelizmente as respostas foram constrangedoras. Tem um detalhe, esquecemos um terço no quarto, aí a gente liga no hotel e eles atendem e desliga. Difícil avaliar isso, até o café da manhã é bom, mas a equipe, infelizmente não está preparada para atender os hóspedes que pagam pelos serviços, falta de preparo pela administração do Hotel em não investir no atendimento ao cliente. Muito ruim.

Quarto limpo no primeiro dia ,já no segundo dia não limpou porque a camareira não conseguiu entrar no quarto porque a porta estava com defeito,mas depois ela nos atendeu. Quarto limpo, equipe bom atendimento, camareira um amor de pessoa, o café da manhã é maravilhosoooo. Em relação ao quarto, coisas básicas precisa ser revisto, wifi não funciona, oscila direto, o ar condicionado é barulhento, os travesseiros parece que é feito de penas, juntei os dois e não me deu conforto, os lençóis estavam em falta, mas mesmo assim a camareira me deu um limpo. Em geral foi uma estadia tranquila, só alguns pontos precisa ser revisto para deixar os hóspedes mais confortáveis.

Gostei das mini luz, deixa o ambiente leve.
