As a single senior woman, the only way to have fresh air in my room at night was to leave the slider open..... which didn't do since the room was too easily accessible from the "outdoor space". The walls are paper thin 😳 so I heard things I wish I hadn't. When the housekeepers clean, they leave the room doors ajar and with the wind, they CONTINUALLY slam witheach gust.

We’ve stayed before, of course, no acknowledgment of a return guest. I don’t know. The place looks a little rundown. Grass was all dead out front of the water view, the door in our room, barely close without slamming it. No food and beverage even for breakfast. I feel like you could do a few things and charge more money and increase the experience and your profitability.

Nice location right on the river. Receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Beds were very comfortable. The overall condition of the hotel looked a bit dated and worn. We would definitely stay there again.

View from the balcony was awesome. the room was large and roomy with a huge TV. The shower was really nice. My only complaint was that there was no elevator and I had trouble getting up the stairs.

It was a little older looking then I thought it was going to be, but it was very clean and has the best view in Gold Beach. I had King size bedroom over looking the Rogue river, with a view of the bridge and the bay. It was gorgeous! Friendly staff and a restaurant right across the street. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back.

Stains in carpet.-needs to be lvp. Dirty patio doors, outside of ac unit is not on all the way. When we entered the room the door was open and the door is hard to shut. Neighbors kids were screaming. The bed was comfortable and clean other than the door. But great view!
