I have stayed at Jots so many times because it is awesome at such a low price! The staff have always been so nice and so has the property. The restaurant right across the street is to die for, so we walk over for dinner. This last time, there was a hidden mess in my room that I couldn’t leave there. I called the front and the nicest woman came and cleaned it up for me. I understood and could see how it could be missed, so I didn’t make a scene and won’t do into details here. It was, however, slightly disappointing that she told me she spoke with her manager and management didn’t even offer a complimentary stay. I would never demand it, but I certainly feel like it would have been more than reasonable and accommodating to offer it. I know people who throw fits get it, but it should be happily offered to the respectful people, especially.

"Excellent stay for our crew of four construction workers! The hotel provided four clean, comfortable rooms, ensuring everyone had their own space to relax after long workdays. We stayed there for one night, but we faced the river and saw Seals in the morning. I wish we had at least 2 nights. The area is very beautiful. Staff was very polite and helpful. The room had queen bed, microwave and fridge. The ground floor had patio (room 131) and there were few flowers, even in winter. It had a huge TV with many channels. You can not connect to Netflix however unless you have a laptop and Hdmi cable. The room can use more hangers, it had only two hangers.
