It is a short walk to the beach where you can walk for miles. Just six short miles north of gold beach with lots of hiking trails nearby. Well behaved and potty-trained dogs and cats allowed. Dog friendly with a private fenced yard.
There is a house to the left of this studio which is a separate short-term rental.

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Start a Laundry load of towels.
Turn the thermostat to 60 degrees in the winter and 75 in the summer.
Make sure windows are closed. Close curtains and shades.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
