The Space:
If you are chasing sunshine and ocean side relaxation then this is the perfect location for your next holiday on the Gold Coast. The Ballah Tower is situated beside the iconic Surfers Paradise Surf Life Saving Club directly across the road from the main beach.
This spacious apartment on the 16th floor features:
Large lounge with flat screen Smart television which opens onto a spacious balcony which offers sparkling ocean and city views with outdoor table setting.
Separate dining area 8 seats & large dining table to enjoy meals while on your next Gold Coast holiday.
Fully equipped kitchen for your all cooking needs to enjoy meals in your home away from home.
Master bedroom offers a King sized bed, walk in wardrobe, ensuite and ocean views.
Second bedroom accommodates guests on two single beds which also has ocean views.
Both bedrooms open on to the balcony which faces the famous Surfers Paradise beach where you can sit and watch all the action from above.
There is a separate guest bathroom with shower over the bath tub & includes a hair dryer.
Separate fully equipped laundry with a washing machine, dryer plus all regular laundry supplies such as iron, ironing board etc.

Getting Around:
The resort is ideally located in the centre of Surfers Paradise and all of its shops and restaurants and only 2 minutes to the beach, and the added bonus of the Light Rail station at your doorstep.
Buses and taxis are also close by and readily available.
