Advertised linen but no pool towels and when we requested more we were denied. the room is not managed by the building mangers so they wouldn't help either. Lamps were not working, Chair on balcony had a broken arm, microwave turn table didn't work and dishwasher was also broken. Support service was very difficult to deal with as they didn't keep track of previous conversations so i had to re type everything i had already said in previous messages which was extremely frustrating where i got to the point of not bothering anymore and just told them to fix it when we were gone.
