We had a fantastic stay! The staff upon check-in were friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated but it was clean. The mattress on the sofa bed was worn and not very comfortable but we managed. Parking was undercover and easy to navigate. We had a great view and loved the breeze coming through the windows and onto the balcony. The pools were amazing. Clean, well kept with plenty of lounge chairs. The hotel was in walking distance to a convenience store, several restaurants and Pacific Fair. There was a bus/train stop across the street too. We will definitely be coming to stay again. Loved it!

The Bel Air is in a great location close to Quality restaurant's, shopping and the beach. The Resort is set out Beautifully with the apartment towers on the outside and the central garden Bbq and pool area Absolutely the best place to relax and unwind.

Would have gave 5 stars. This place came recommended by friends for its location. The location is amazing and the amenities are looked after. The only thing that let us down was the location of the pool in relation to the sun setting. The area is great up until 430pm when the area is shaded by the central building. I know it’s not major but the afternoon swim after a day out just is t the same in the shade. It also cools the area down making it that less enjoyable. The keys had to be recoded a couple of times, the was never a wait for the lifts. Staff were friendly and other guests of a mature / family nature which made it perfect for families avoiding cavill ave.

The communication regarding the fire alarm that went off while we were there was very poor. It created huge anxiety as there were very little instructions. There was also no communication when the alarm went off as to what the problem was. It needs enormous improvement so that the customers feel informed and secure.

Was super clean, but fairly outdated and poor functionality/placement of doors. If you had the bedroom door open, you wouldn't be able to access the toilet - then the bedroom door auto locks if closed. The pool areas were lovely, as was the little cafe onsite - amazing coffee! Convenient location for people wanting to shop, but would likely prefer to be along the beach with more "dine in" type restaurants and cafes at the ground level. Overall good stay.
