Boardwalk Pacific 8 is a bright and spacious apartment located across from beautiful North Kirra beach.
The apartment is situated on the second floor (walk up) and comfortably accommodates 8 guests, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open plan living area.
From the moment you walk in, you will be wowed by the stunning ocean views and soaring ceilings providing an abundance of natural light. The loungeroom is comfortably furnished, offering smart TV and Wi-Fi, and a dining area to enjoy meals inside.
Step outside to your private balcony, featuring panoramic ocean views from Surfers Paradise in the North to Snapper Rocks in the South.
The modern kitchen is perfect for entertaining with breakfast bar, plenty of storage and bench space and quality appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine.
The main bedroom comes with a queen bed and renovated ensuite with walk in shower.
The second and third bedrooms both have tri-bunks (double on bottom, single on top), making the apartment perfect for a larger family or group.
There is a spacious and modern main bathroom with shower over bath, plus laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.
There are ceiling fans in the living room and pedestal fans provided in each bedroom to keep you cool.
Boardwalk Pacific 8 is a secure and well maintained building offering 1 secure lock up garage. It is ideally situated across from North Kirra Beach and Surf Club and the Oceanway Path, which offers flat, scenic cycling/ walking for 36kms along the coast!

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
