While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.

There were shops close to the apartment however, the construction of two new buildings and the light rail construction made it very unpleasant to stay there. The light rail workers were working at night and the building construction workers began at 6am every morning. There was an amazing balcony however, you could not sit out on the balcony due to the continual noise. If I had known this I certainly would not have booked the apartment. To be informed that there was SOME construction occurring did not identify the intensity of the construction and certainly not the noise. Very, very, disappointed

Construction noise was not too bad. View was incredible. Extremely comfortable unit. Beds were nice. Steam room was fantastic. Showerheads could use a little work. Would be nice to be able to check in without having to visit the rental office. Enjoyed the unit and the neighborhood. Would rent there again.

It was a great location and absolutely great views. We watched whales playing in the ocean every day during out stay - such a wonderful site :) The apartment had everything we needed for our 4 day stay, nice and clean with all amenities needed for us. Highly recommend staying again!

No peace and filthy

We arrived to an awful smell that was French fries that were rotting in the oven The carpets had not been vacuumed Shower had mould amd so did the kitchen bin The floors have been carpeted but tiles around the edges that are st least 10mil higher that carpet with metal edges which has ended up shattering two toe knuckles and slicing the top of my big toe The building had cunteuction works going on, the lift went past the bedroom window every 10 minutes from 7am till 4pm e wry day except Sunday and sounded like a plane coming to land in the lounge When we started cleaning before we left the vacuum did not work as it had never been emptied smd we pulled 2 pegs and a huge clump of hair amd dory out of the unit Requesting a full refund and I was not expecting to be having a 4 day break in a place under construction and filthy
