Escape to Calypso Plaza 407, the ideal family friendly apartment in the heart of Coolangatta.

This two storey apartment is situated on the fourth floor and boasts an expansive terrace balcony with views over Coolangatta and Greenmount beaches.

The entry level features two spacious bedrooms, master with queen bed and ensuite with corner spa bath and shower. The second bedroom offers 2 king single beds and both rooms have access to the balcony overlooking the pool area and beach.

There is also a main bathroom with walk in shower and laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.

The upper level offers open plan living with a modern, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and dining area seating 6 plus a powder room. The comfortable loungeroom features a double sofa bed (perfect for kids) and smart TV.

Step out onto the sunny expansive terrace complete with alfresco dining setting and sun loungers. This is the perfect spot to relax with a book or enjoy meals under the stars with loved ones.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive from the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Air conditioning didn’t work ! Freezer door wouldn’t close! All the toilet roll holders didn’t work ! Appartment was very old an dated a lot of was broken or dirty

This unit is not managed by Calypso, so they don’t control check-in, issuing/return of keys nor the provision of bedding and bathroom supplies. LINEN is NOT supplied, as when we found our room totally lacking these essentials, Calypso were unhelpful. The sub-letting by a second agency left us less than informed and less than impressed with the lack of these room fundamentals! Apparently an email stating this issue was sent to us - ended up in our Spam inbox where it remained unread. Little sympathy shown to our predicament, but at least contact details were provided to us for a linen hire company. At least the linen hire company stepped up and assisted us, late on or checkin day. Thanks to them, we then could shower and had towels to dry off and bed linen. Paying top dollar for accommodation and then being stuck with even more expenses, leaves a very disappointed customer. Read the “fine print” people to avoid these issues. Notwithstanding the “circus” above, the room was very comfortable and well positioned.
