▸ Keys can be picked up from 3:00 PM from our secure lockbox, located in the Circle on Cavill Retail Area, 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise.
▸ Online Check-in (It's required!): The main guests must complete our secure Online Check-in Form before your stay. This form will be sent to you 3 days prior and includes ID verification and payment of your security deposit. The name on your ID and card must match the booking name.
▸ Keys can only be collected by the booking holder. Alternatively, a secondary guest (over the age of 18) can be nominated for key collection during the online check-in process.
▸ Security Deposit: A $250 AUD pre-authorisation is required via Visa or Mastercard (cash is not accepted). The cardholder name must match the booking. This deposit is released up to 3 days after departure, provided there are no damages or extra charges.
