Welcome to our spacious apartment in the vibrant heart of Surfers Paradise! This inviting space comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The lounge area features two king size high-quality sofa beds, with an additional sofa bed in the office area.

The dining table can accommodate 8 guests, with extra seating available at the kitchen island. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open onto the expansive balcony, allowing you to enjoy the refreshing breeze and stunning sunset views over the picturesque river.

In the well-equipped kitchen, you'll find a fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove, as well as all the necessary kitchen and dining utensils. We also provide a hot water kettle, toaster, coffee, and tea for your convenience.

Both the first and second bedrooms feature king beds, floor-to-ceiling mirrored storage, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms. For added convenience, there's a laundry room with a washer, iron, and ironing board, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

As our guest, you'll have access to the building's communal resort-style amenities, including three swimming pools, a sauna and steam room, arcade games, outdoor seating areas, BBQ facilities, and a gym. Plus, we provide complimentary parking for one vehicle.

Throughout your stay, you and your group will have exclusive access to the entire apartment (except for the locked cleaners cupboard) plus one parking spot. You'll also have access to communal resort amenities.

You're in the middle of Surfers Paradise so there is every restaurant and fast food chain at your back door. Infinity, Time Zone and the Wax Museum are only a few meters away and the buses for major Gold Coast attractions all leave from Surfers. The apartment is just footsteps to the famous Surfers Paradise beach and overlooks the river and the Scenic Rim.

Please note: We ensure you have all the essentials to kickstart your stay. In the bathroom, you'll find essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and soap, all provided in 30ml bottles, along with 2 rolls of toilet paper. If you require any additional items, feel free to pick them up at your convenience.

We kindly ask that you provide truthful responses to our pre-booking message at the time of booking. This helps us ensure that the space meets your needs perfectly. Please note that any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Comply with all building regulations, including those related to pool and exercise facilities.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on the balcony. A $50 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking.

To maintain the tranquility of our home and respect our neighbors, we enforce a strict no-party policy. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a $200 charge.

Additionally, we appreciate your cooperation in minimizing noise levels AND respect quiet hours after 9 PM to ensure the comfort of all occupants. In the event of noise complaints, a security guard may be summoned at a cost of $250AUD for the first call. Subsequent calls will result in a $250 fee and eviction without refund.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon with the host. Late check-outs may incur additional charges. Guests more than 90 minutes late checking out will be charged the total base rate for the night, without entitlement to stay longer. Any costs incurred by the host due to late check-out will be passed on to the guest.

Failure to return the keys to the correct lockbox within 30 minutes after check-out will result in a $50 fee. Lost or damaged keys and electronic FOBs will incur a $150 charge to the guest.

Please ensure the property is left clean and orderly upon departure to avoid any extra cleaning charges.
