Very Disappointing stay in the room except for the view that we paid an extra $81 p/p per night for . Our 3 night stay in our room consisted of no tv working ( except SBS only) due to an internet problem that the tv needs to work and couldn’t resolve throughout our entire stay so we ended up using our own data at our cost. The aircon did not work on heating so for 2 nights we turned it off and got an oil heater the last night after having to ask twice for it to be looked at ( on separate nights). The shower was good but a lot of water leaking on the floor . The poor staff at the front desk dealt with so many complaints this weekend from a booked hotel but did not appear to hear or see any managers get involved . On checking out no apologies for the inconvenience of what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend away with no kids !! A refund to cover our data costs and lack of heating would have been great !! Given this experience we will not be returning to this hotel

Overall i was very pleased. My only criticism would be there were many selections on the menu not available, I had tried to order a burger, not available, then marinara pizza, again not available, as it’s a small menu I found the available options very limited

The front desk was very professional and friendly but housekeeping not good enough they did not vacuuming my room and not even cleaning the mirror properly the milk that I use in the glass still stuck inside and room dining I order my food he just bring the dessert without the cream and when I call him he said it doesn’t come with cream and I told him what my order is and he said ok I will bring it the swimming pool is dirty no one cleaning the dirt and leaf was in the swimming pool and spa I wonder no one hardly use the swimming pool because it was very dirty

It was nice and easy to get around and right in front of the Tram station. Parking onsite too so was convenient. We just didn't like that there was no cutlery to eat our food and a microwave but overall it was a nice place to stay at.

Good Location and a Great sports bar

A good hotel with many positive points, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, great views, a great sports bar, nice location and a lovely pool. Rooms are a bit tired, carpets threadbare and nails sticking into your feet! But everywhere else is very good quality. It is very handy located nr the beach and next to a tram stop
