It was great friendly helpful staff. We did have water coming through the ceiling one night which almost caused a fall as the floor was wet. We told reception but was never told the outcome which was disappointing.

Excellent Hotel

We have stayed here on multiple visits to Gold Coast and always enjoyed our visit. The rooms are large and clean with a balcony overlooking the beach area. The buffet breakfast is very good. Convenient to both Surfers Paradise and Broad Beach with a tram stop right in front of the hotel.

Overall room was okay. Looked modern, however bathroom and balcony tiles are very dated. Our shower head was broken and leaking which we reported on checkout and the shower screen could have been cleaner.
