The room was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. However, the room was extremely small, which meant there was nowhere to unpack or store bags. We stayed 4 nights for a conference. I don't think its good value.

Don't stay here and save your money please! Should it elsewhere like the QT in a similar price range. Breakfast is very average and super crowded, it was a jungle in there as it's joined with the star. Also a huge line to get in. Staff, housekeeping, etc don't care just there for a paycheck. Internal phones don't work, 3 lifts which break down frequently and no stairs, takes 15-30 minutes to get into a free lift and down at busy times. I could go on but you get the picture..

Hotel itself and staff were really good! But our balcony was looking over a construction site so not pretty and very noisy early not bad with doors shut. Also very bad awkward position, accross from pacific fair but had to walk very long way round to get there, just not a good handy position at all, therefore I wouldn’t stay there again.
