The property was great, and suited for our booking, the only issue we had were having to fix the lights ourselves and having no response from management to fix this issue leaving it to us to try and sort and fix ourselves, which wasn’t ideal and was unsafe as we were left to fix issues we shouldn’t have had to fix in the first place

Communication was always ahead of time. Would have liked a little more details about the services at the location. For a family that needs quiet to sleep ocean view apartment probably not the best idea., the street noise and early sunrise would definitely keep the kids awake. Spacious and close to everything. More than what you would need in the room. Just the wifi details need to be undated on the check in info. Early morning lorikeet visits on the balcony are a beautiful site.

4th floor was so loud it was like been on the street, communication terrible we had 1 key between four of us for over a week, kept saying they would drop off another key but didn’t. The appartment smelt terrible, dryer was broken and couldn’t use dishwasher it was letting off a horrid smell
