Wake up in paradise and enjoy the relaxing views of the Marina on the deck while you sip your coffee waiting for the locals to come visit, Wallabies, Ducks, Curlews and various fish which swim right up to the deck at high tide, some big enough to eat!
Take a 30 min stroll or ride a bike over to the Surf beach and catch some waves or go for a relaxing walk along the pristene sand

This is our beach holiday home for ourselves and our 4 children, it is set up as such with various home comforts for you to enjoy.

The loungeroom has 2 fold out couches with innerspring mattresses and still room to move, they both face the larger than most 55" 4k Gooogle TV with a full range of channels and all the standard connectivity like Screen casting and USB.

The breakfast nook has various teas and flavoured L'OR Coffee pods to use with the machine and milk frother, condiments and other pantry items for your convenience.

We have supplied a Port-a-cot which will easily fit in the main bedroom.

We have added various beach and loungeroom activities.

Other things to note
There is no vehicle access, there are only a few vehicles on the island which you probably won't even see (besides golf buggies) making it very safe, You will need to either: Catch the Tippler Ferry from Jacobs Well (and a 2km walk), a water Taxi from near Runaway Bay (or close by) or bring your boat or Jetski for mooring at the Marina.
It is recommended that you bring in your own food and beverages as there are limited supplies on the island.

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool. The front desk is open around the clock.
