Please be mindful of your neighbours, quiet time is from 10pm every night and before 8am each morning. The primary guest must be at least 24 years old. Bookings of adults under 24 are not permitted due to insurance requirements. All adult bookings may be subject to questions about age and purpose of stay to prevent fraud and unauthorised gatherings.
Starter Supplies We provide all guests with starter supplies to make your stay more enjoyable. The starter supplies are not to last for your entire stay, only to last until you get settled in. Starter supplies may include, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, tea towel, coffee pods, sugar, milk.
Check-in check-out Standard check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is strictly 10:00am. We can occasionally accommodate early and late check-in/out however this is something we can only confirm within 3 days of your arrival date. We need to ensure the cleaners and check-in staff can assist with this request. There is a charge for early check-in and/or late check-outs. 12pm (Midday) is the maximum extension for both. If you wish to arrive before midday, we suggest booking the night prior to your arrival to allow your early check-in. This also applies to an overly late check-out (booking the night of departure). We will be in contact with your specific check-in instructions closer to your arrival date.
Payment Schedule 20% deposit upon booking to secure your dates will be charged to your nominated card. Balance due 30 days prior to checkin. If you are checking in within 30 days the total amount will be due right away.
