• Essentia is conveniently located in the quiet part of Surfers with only 4 minutes walk from the Surfers Paradise Light Rail (G:link) Station. Couple of tram stops you will arrive at multiple destinations including:

- Surfers Paradise Hotspot
- Broadbeach: Pacific Fair, Convention Centre, The Star Casino
- Main Beach: Tedder Avenue, and further walk to Sea World
- Southport: China Town for Asian Cuisines

• 6 minutes walk to the quiet part of the famous Surfers Paradise beach. 3 mins walk to multiple local restaurants including the highly-rated Alfresco Italian Restaurant (4.7 stars). A waterside marketplace, Capri on Via Roma is also only 7 minutes away where you can find gourmet eateries, gift shops & the Harris-Farm supermarket.

Getting Around:
Parking: Plenty of street parking in front of the building, there are also visitor parking spots within the building. There is also a designated car spot comes with the uni at Basement level 2.

Getting there:
From airport: You can choose to the no.777 bus from the airport to Broadbeach South Station. Then transit to the G:link Tram Station, from there exit the tram at the Surfers Paradise Station, then walk over to Essentia for about 4 mins. It is also only a 35 minutes drive and around $50 to catch an uber here.

The Bus stop in front connects to Sea World and Southport so don’t worry if you don’t have a car.
