The two bedroom apartment has been beautifully renovated and styled, offering a contemporary feel and all the modern comforts you would expect.
The open plan living area is bright and airy with comfortable lounge setting, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi. The dining area leads through to your private balcony, equipped with sun lounges to enjoy the sweeping views over Coolangatta and ocean glimpses.
Entertaining is easy in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooktop, large fridge freezer and Breville coffee machine.
The master bedroom offers queen bed, walk in robe and ensuite with shower and toilet.
The second bedroom offers 2 single beds with built in wardrobes.
There is a spacious full size bathroom with shower over bath plus separate toilet and a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer.
With ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, Ocean Vista 7 offers a cool and comfortable space to relax year round.
Ocean Vista is a well maintained and secure building offering a single lock up garage for guests (unsuitable for large vehicles).
It’s only a short walk into Coolangatta, with a range of cafes, restaurants, specialty stores on offer and only a 600m walk to Coolangatta Surf Club and beach.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive from the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
