I loved that I could see the beach from my room. It felt very safe and the room was nice. It was great having a washing machine too. I would stay again.

Liked the bed. Sheets and pillow nice. View is great. Handy location and absolute beach front. TV is great. WiFi good. Management is great. Place to tie up bicycle. But towels are a bit threadbare and small. Not many cutlery.
Perfect location, very comfortable place to stay with everything you could need. Has amazing views, bonus was having coffee on the patio and watching the whales.
I was in Surfers Paradise recently for a hip replacement and I spent 23 days at One the Esplanade recovering and rehabilitating from my surgery. The property and location were great and catered for my needs. Great balcony and view of the beach and water. Nearby restaurants and shops and the tram station to get around. The property managers were great and checked on me regularly. Will definitely return to this property when in the Gold Coast area.
We enjoyed a great stay at one the esplanade with our two kids, we were on level 13, roadside. The apartment was in great condition and very quiet. Perfect location for walking down to cafe etc. unfortunately the carpark was out of action while we stayed but I can imagine that would be very handy too
