Clean Private Apartment on the beach.

Apartment was a little dated (which is fine) but appeared very clean with beautiful views. Unfortunately we weren’t aware it was the only apartment in the complex not managed by the onsite building management so felt a little awkward on arrival (although reception was friendly). The disappointment for us was the lack of facilities as described - appears to just be a miscommunication however we were unaware the pool, spa, sauna and games room were all closed for renovations. The staff at GCHH appeared to not be aware either, they apologized and did try to assist with a small discount if we stayed however we made the decision to leave staying at a more family friendly property not too far away. Traveling with a young family we chose this property for the on site facilities so was disappointing they weren’t available. On the other hand we appreciate miscommunications May happen but would’ve preferred a more substantial discount. We were lucky we could re-pay for our holiday elsewhere but not everyone would be in that position so it could easily have lead to a poor experience. Booking process was easy and the welcome pack was a nice touch.
